Stone’s Old Guardian (2009), Brasserie Grain d’ Orge’s Belzebuth, Avery Brewing’s The Beast, and Dogfish Head’s 120 Minute IPA. No beer news because (a) we’re still behind on posting and (b) we were really drunk by the end. You’ll see.

This podcast is still not an “enhanced” AAC because I still can’t get GarageBand to output them so that my iPhone will play them like audio files (even though the guys over at the Beer Genome Project seem to have gotten things right), but it does feature dynamic audio range compression, which means it should be easier to listen to in noisy environments.
My apologies for the weird sound of the into song. I think it’s because that piece got compressed twice. I continue my hunt for perfection.
