The first 40-some bottles of homebrew in nearly 3 years (for me), poorly lit from my iphone:
Feels good. Should be ready to drink in 3 weeks.
The next batch will be ready to bottle in 2 weeks. I’ll be brewing a Hefeweizen sometime this week as well. The schedule is a little mucked up because I’m out of town for the next two weekends and the wife and I are looking for houses, but I’ll make do. Extract brews are doable after work. Average time for a brew is about 4 hours start to finish.
