The IPA

As promised, here's the recipe for the IPA that we made (this was a 10 gallon batch):

17 lbs of a lighter Munich malt
3 lbs of 40 L Crystal malt
1 lb of a Caramunich malt

Standard 154 degree mash for 1 hour. Standard 1 hour hop-steep.

Hops:
32 AAU Magnum hops
Another 16 AAU Magnum at 30 minutes

1 oz Centennial hops at 20 minutes
1 oz Cascade hops at 20 minutes

1 oz Centennial at 0 minutes, let steep briefly
1 oz Cascade at 0 minutes, let steep briefly

All told, it was about 8 oz of hops. CRAZY HOP MADNESS! Also, this IPA is fairly dark -- almost amber in color. Should be excellent.
